Please try their products and do bot be afraid to consult with staff. They know every product very well and can recommend something for individual needs. Every month I was taking ibuprofen to deal with my menstrual pain. And it just felt wrong every time because it feels like suppressing my body signals. If I drink empress tea for a month consistently I do not need the pills anymore. The pain goes away. I feel more balanced and more connected to my body, if I can say so. Thank you very much! I need to restock on my tea;)

Recently moved to the area and was curious about this place. Finally had a chance last weekend and wow! I was recommended green plus (pills) and empress tea. While I haven’t really been consistent with the tea, I have been with the vitamins and I felt the impact almost immediately. I had more energy - reducing my need for caffeine (usually had 2-3 cups of coffee a day and lately just 1 is enough and I think it’s more due to habit/routine) and my hunger is controlled where I’m motivated and able to actually control my diet since I’m not being impulsive. Excited to see how the month plays out but so far, it’s been a great experience.
